Build
From within the zika-pipeline directory. Build zibra image:
docker build -t zibra/zibra:latest .
Push image to Docker Hub:
docker push zibra/zibra:latest
Clean
Remove all containers:
docker rm `docker ps --no-trunc -aq`

- 14 May 2019 - put primer 20 in pool 2 By mistake, primer 20 was listed as being pooled in pool 1, however this was an error (thanks Amanda for noticing!) All even numbered primers should be pool 2, and all odd numbered primer should be pool 1.

- 20 Aug 2018 - fix port specification When I was reviewing the protocols I saw that I had specified that the last priming step should happen via the SpotON port. This is incorrect (it should be sample port).
